SHIPPING
All Mr Yen paper cut art pieces are shipped FREE from Leeds in the UK & can be shipped to you, or your chosen address, anywhere in the world. Your purchase will be shipped out within 7 days of your order, which is due to the fact that your products are cut & made specifically for you.
Within the UK your package should arrive within 3-5 working days after it has been posted (if not sooner) and internationally items should reach you in 10-20 working days. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, so if you would like insurance or wish to have a signed for service for your order, please contact me before you place your order so any additional fees for these services will be included in the cost of your purchase.
PAYMENT
Payment is by Paypal only as I think that it is the safest and securist way to pay online, with all payments expected at time of purchase. After three days of purchase without payment, I will cancel your order, so if you have any problems with the transaction/payment at any time, please contact me. and I'll try my best to help sort things out.Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred when purchasing a Mr Yen product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all Mr Yen products, except for bespoke/personalised/custom artwork.

I am confident that you will be delighted with your paper cut, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact me as soon as possible to discuss why. Your paper cut must be returned unopened and at your expense. To do this, I recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" service within the UK.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If there are any problems with your order you can contact me by filling out this form and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once shipped, I accept no responsibility for the loss or damage during transit and I can not refund or exchange custom orders, for obvious reasons.
I take time and effort to inspect all of my products before I ship them to you and I am very thorough in packaging your items for a safe delivery. However, if you have an issue with any of my products upon arrival, please contact me by filling out this form as soon as possible after you receive your items. I will do my best to resolve any problem that may occur. Please return your item/s to me with a copy of your original invoice/receipt (which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched) You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the returned products.
